Jubran
Director
BCBA/UKBA Cert.
Jubran is a UK-based, board-certified behaviour analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), particularly supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He completed his practical ABA training at BeyondAutism while earning his MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen's University Belfast. Jubran further enhanced his professional expertise working alongside Lesley Love (BCBA) at Love ABA Ltd, under the supervision of Amy Lewis (BCBA).
Jubran currently runs his own ABA practice in Sheffield, dedicated to teaching and empowering children and their families with evidence-based behavioural strategies. He is passionate about helping individuals develop functional skills and achieve behavioural goals that promote lifelong independence and success.
Devika
ABA Tutor
Devika is a dedicated ABA tutor currently working at ABA Sheffield, providing one-to-one support to children with special educational needs in school settings. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Applied Positive and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
Devika brings valuable international experience, having previously worked as a behaviour support worker at Ardra Foundation in Kerala, India, where she applied ABA therapy techniques under clinical supervision. Her background also includes over two years of personalised academic tutoring for children and adolescents.
With strong skills in coaching, research, and data analysis, Devika is passionate about helping children achieve personal growth and academic success through evidence-based ABA strategies.
Katie
ABA Tutor
Katie has over seven years of experience working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including two years as a Senior ABA Tutor at Treetops School in Essex. In this role, she specialised in training and mentoring ABA tutors, enhancing their professional competencies, and supporting classroom instructors in planning and conducting effective group sessions. Her expertise includes behaviour reduction strategies, student assessments, and developing functional skills through tailored ABA programmes.
Alongside her educational career, Katie provided personal assistance and respite care for children and young adults with special educational needs, strengthening her ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with families.
Katie is passionate about empowering learners to achieve their goals and fostering independence through positive reinforcement and consistent ABA methods. She is delighted to have joined the ABA Sheffield team following her recent move to Derbyshire, where she looks forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact.
